WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whose Hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofherMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theSaid County
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and [..]
seers of the Poor of the Parish of [..] Harrow

child about the age of Seaven yeeres

islatelycome into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
hirselfethere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House ofhirabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided: And that saidElizabeth

likely to become chargeable to the said Parish: And whereas it appeareth
unto us,upon Oath
thatthe said Elizabeth waslast legally settled in the Parish of
St. Giles in the feilds in she Said County bring borne
there at the Sign of the White Hart a [..] victualling
house neer the Church there, and has gaind no
other Setlement
These are therefore inhisMajesties Name strictly to Charge and Com-
mand you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to remove and
convey the saidElizabeth Williams< no role >
from the said Parish ofHarrow
in the said Countyto the said Parish ofSt. Giles

and deliverherunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required to provide forhir
according to Law: Hereof fail not at your Perils. Given under our Hands
