Whereas it appeareth unto us Her Maties: Justices of the Peace for the
of Middlesex That John Beverly< no role > & Thomas Badger< no role > became b [..]
in a Recognizance of the penalty of Forty pounds before A [..]
Ward Esqr one of Her Maties: Justices of the peace for the Sons [..]
for the appearance of one Samuel Wright< no role > at the Genall Sessions
of the peace held at Hicks Hall in St John street in and for
Said County in the month of February last past at which
Sessions the Said Samuel Wright die not appear, And [..]
it farther appeareth unto us upon the Oath of the Said John
that he hath been at great charge & expence and used his
endavour to bring the Said Samuel Wright< no role > to the Sessions
in Order to gett himselfs discharged of the said Recognizance
And it alsoe appearing unto us upon the Oath of Joseph E [..] pp
of the petty Constables of the parish of St. Andrew Holborn
Said County That [..] uring the last Quarter Sessions of the peace
held for the said County he Served a Bench warrant upon the
Said Samuel Wright at the request of the Said John Beverly
Order to bring him to the Sessions but could not Secure him
reason he the said Samuel Wright rescued him selfe in his
house before he could bring him from theme

These are therefore to Authorise & desire you fo [..] the reasons a [..]
Said to forbear the osreating the Said recognizance into her Maties Court of Exchequer [..] untill the next genall Sessions
of the peace to be held for the Said County And this Shall be
Warrant Given under Our hands & Seals the twenty fourth
November Anno Dom 1713
