The humble Petition of the Churchwardens
Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Newington in the County of Surry.

Humbly Sheweth

That Mary Butler< no role > was by Order under the
hands and Seals of Two of her Majts. Justices
of the peace of the said County of Middx being
Date the first Day of Septemr/1713 removed
from the parish of St. James Clerkenwell in
the said County of Middx to the said parish
of Newington as the place of her last
legal Settlement gained by her Birth in
Kent sheet in the said parish of Newington

That yor. Petitioners can make it app [..]
that the said Mary Butler< no role > was bound apprentice
to Mary Smith< no role > of Greys Inn Lane in the p [..]
of St. Andrew Holbourn and Served the said
Mary Smith as her Apprentice for above the
Space of Twelve months within the said
parish of St. Andrew Holbourn

Your Peticoners do therefore humbly
