any three of them to peruse & inspect the severall bills of
John Warden< no role > Carpenter , William Bills< no role > Bricklayer , Thomas
Higgins< no role > plaisterer & other Workmen for the materials found &
the worke by them done in their severall employmts. in the
repaireing of the house of Correccon at Clerkenwell &
of Hickshall in St. John Street in this County or either of
them, and to examine if such materialls were found &
provided & the worke charged in the said severall [..]
bona fide done & performed, and if the Paris [..]
charged for the said materialls & worke are Just & [..]
& such as ought to be paid for the same, or whether there
are any & what overcharge or overchareges in the said bills
or any & which of them, and what sume or sumes of
money (if any) the said workmen or any & which of
them have or hath reced on account of the Sd. materialls or
worke, and to see what is remaining due to such workmen
for the materialls found & the worke by them done in their
severall employmts aforesaid , And the Sd. Referrees are
hereby desired to report an accompt of their proceedings in the
premisses & their opinions therein unto her Maties. Justices of
the peace at the next generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
to be held for this County to end such further Order may
be made as shall be just.
