That by an Ordr. dated the 23th day of Janry Last end the
hands & Seals of Jno Rotheram< no role > &R John Richard< no role > for Esqrs
two fo her Majesties of the Pease of this County (Quor Vnnd) Susannah Maw< no role >
wife of Thomas Maw< no role > was removed from the psh of St Giles in the Field in
this County to the Psh of St Clemts Danes aforsd as the place of the last Legall
Settlemt of the Sd Thomas Maw< no role > & Susannah< no role > his Wife

That the yor conceiveing themselves to be Aggreived by the Judgemt
of the Sd two Justices doe humbly appeal to this Court there from

Yor. Petrs. therefore humbly Prays yor. Worshipps will be
Pleased to appoint a day for the Church Wardens & Overseers of St Giles aforesd to atend to hear & abide the Judgement &
determinacon of this Court touching this Appeal
