The humble peticon & appeal of the Churchwarden &
Oversees of the poor of the Hamblett of Hampton
wick in the parish of Hampton this County
Sheweth
That by order dated the 20th day of January last
under the
hands & seals of

of the Maties Justices of the peace
for this County a certaine male
infant Child was lately removed from that part of the sd parish of
Hampton called the Towne of Hampton to the other part of the Sd.
parish called (Hampton wick as the place of the Last Legall settlemt of
the said Child
That your petrs find themselves aggreived by the said order of
removall of the Sd male Infant Child as aforesd & humbly appeal to this
Court agt the same
Yor petr therefore humbly pray yor Worpps would be
pleased to appoint a day this prsent Sessions for the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of [..] Hamply
Towne aforesd & all other Psons [..] concerned to [..]
attend this Court to hear & abide the Judgemt &
determinacon of this Court upon & touching the Sd
appeal, And ye petrs Shall pray etc.
