To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Martin in the Fields in the Liberty of Westmr
And to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish or Towne of Craydon in the County of Surry

Whereas Mary Burnett< no role > , wife William Burnett< no role > who [..]
and cannot be found at Psent, is come into the sd Parish of S:
Martin in the Fields contrary to Law and is become Chargeable to
the said Parish where of Complaint hath been made unto us two of her
Majt: Justices of the Peace for the Sd Citty and Liberty of Westmr.
(quor unus) by you the said Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St: Martin in the FieldAnd whereas it appeares unto us upon Examinacons taken
before us upon Oath and other Circumstances, That the said William
Burnett
< no role > was last legally Settled in the said Parish or Towne of Craydon
where he rented an Inn Etc. at the yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds
and upwards or thereabouts; Wee the said Justices do hereby adjudge
deemo and declare, That the said Parish or Towne of Craydon in
the Parish and Place of the last legeall Settlmet: of the said William
Burnett
< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife , and that the Sd Mary is become
chargeable to the sd Parish of St: Martin in the Fields . to remove and
therefore in her Majts Name to require & Comand you the Sd Church Wardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the sd Parish of St: Martin in the Field to remove and
convey the Sd Mary Burnett< no role > from and out of your Sd Parish, unto
the said Towne or Parish of Craydon , and to deliver her unto the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor there or any of them, who are here by
required to receive her and provide for her as for other their Poor, hereof
fail not at your Perils. Given under Our hand & seals the Fifth day
of March Anne Dni 1711 .
