Mr Grary his Charge

By Severall work mens Bills as doth Appear by the Paper herevnt [..]
Annexed Amounting to the Sume of Thirty three pounds three shil [..]
& three pence of which itt doth Appeare that he hath payd all saveing [..]
seaven Pounds Eight Shilling Nine Pence all which we doe find to
be right and think reasonable to be Allowed.

Wee like wise find that thier is Severall Charges for the law as doth
appeare in the paper Annexed Amounting to the sume of one Hundred
eleven pounds tow Shillings one Penney which we disallow of
for that does not appear to as there was any order of the Court for
carrying on or Prosecuting the said Law saith

But in consideration of the [..]
deplorableness of his prsent Circom Stances Wee doe recommendd [..]
[..] sume of [..] Over and Above whot the worke mens b [..]
doth Amount unto to be payd unto him if the Court shall think
fill all which matters we humbly Submitt to the Court
