Justices of the Peace of this County, for that it doth
not appeare to this Court that the right of electing
a Keeper of this Sd Prison was ever in question,
but it was always admitted to be in the Justices of the
Peace of this County, and it greatly reflects upon
the Justice of this Court for the Petr. to alledge that
he was at great expence in asserting their right to
the Sd Referrees shall have made their report
touching the prmises her Maties. Justices of the peace at
the Sd next Generall Sessions of the Peace will make
such further order therein as shall be just.
