before whom he was tryed & convicted to the custody of Henry Moult< no role >
Keeper of the sd house of Correccon & publique workhouse at Clerkenwell
in the sd. County there to be remain & be kept without bayle or
Mainprize, and to be kept at hard labour for the space of one
yearepursuant to the statute in Such case made & provided, by
wth. meanes the sd. wm. Franklison< no role > evaded the sd. punishmt. and was not kept to hard labour as he ought to have
been by vertue of his sd. comittmt.
