for Severall imsdemeanors & neglects of his duty in the
exacucon of his sd. Office or employmt. herein after setforth
Impris For that on the 8th. day of septr instant this Court was sitting att Hicks hall in St. John Street in the sd. County in order to discharge the Goal of the sd Newprison and the said Francis Goary< no role > the [..] the sd prison did not attend this Courton Saturday
the eighthday of Septr instantto give an acct. of the severall prisoners that had been comitted
to his custody by her Maties Justices of the peace for this County from
the end of the last Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace held for this
County to thetime of said5d. 8th day of Septr instt . & were or ought to have been in his Custodynor produce to this Court the
Severall comittmts. of such Prisoners whereby it might appeare to this
Court for what offences such Prisoners were comitted, and by whom,
and how long such prisoners had continued in his custody respectively
by vertue of such comittmts. As by the duty of his sd. Office he ought
to have done
