Item For that Herbert Salter< no role > was at the Delivery of her Maties Goal of Newgate held for the said County at
Justice Hall in the Old Baily in the Suburbs of the Citty of London on Wednesday the One & twentieth day of
February in the ninth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Queen Ann Queen of Great Britain Etc
convicted of Felony and comitted by the Justices of Goal Delivery before whom he was tryed & convicted, to the
said House of Correccon & publick Workhouse att Clerkenwell in the said County of Midd whereof the said
Henry Moult < no role > their was & still is Keeper to be remain & be kept without bail or mainprize and to be kept
at Hard Labour for the Space of One year pursuant to the Statute in such [..] case made & provided And the
said Herbert Salter was afterwards (to wit) the twenty eighth day of the same month of February
in pursuance to the said Comittmt delivered into the custody of the said Henry Moult< no role > And the said Henry
Moult afterwards and before the Expiracon of the said one year (to wit) the twenty ninth day of April
in the tenth year of her said Maties Reigne did not keep the said Herbort Salter< no role > to hard Labourduring the
said year
as by the said Comittmt, he, as Keeper of the said House of Correccon & publick Workhouse ought
to have done
Item For that Elizabeth Styles< no role > was at the Delivery of her Maties Goal of Newgate held for the said County
at Justice Hall in the Old Baily in the Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday the One & twentieth
day of February in the ninth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Ann Queen of Great Britain Etc
convicted of Felony, and comitted by the Justices of Goal Delivery before whom she was tryed & convicted
to the said house of Correccon and publick Workhouse at Clerkenwell in the said County of Midd whereof
the said Henry Moult< no role > then was & still is Keeper to be remain & be kept without bail or mainprize
and to be kept at hard Labour for the Space of One year pursuant to the Statute in such [..] case
made & provided And the said Elizth Stiles< no role > was afterwards. (to wit) the twenty eighth day of the [..]
month of February in pursuance of the said Comittmt delivered into the custody of the said Henry
Moult
< no role > And the said Henry Moult< no role > afterwards and before the Expiracon of the said one year (to wit)
the fourth day of July in the tenth year of her said Maties Reign did not keep the said Elizabeth Stiles< no role >
at hard Labourduring the said yearas by the said Comittmt; he, as Keeper of the said House of Correccon
& publick Workhouse ought to have done.

Lett the Clause of escape be word for word the same as these Clauses are but att
the end of each Clause a [..] these words (but did p mitt the sdto escape
& go att large
