The humble peticon & appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of All saints in the
Burrough of Hertford

Sheweth


That by warrt or order dated the Ninth day of July last
Under the hands & Seales of Roger Smyth< no role > and John Stewart< no role >
Esqrs two of her Maties Justices of the peace for this County (quor [..]
vuus) one Dorcas Maul< no role > wife of Thomas Maul< no role > and their Child
named Hester< no role > aged about two months were removed & conveyed [..]
from the Hamblett of Spittlefeilds in the parish of Stebunsheath als st [..]
in the County of Midds to the said parish of All saints in the sd
Burrough of Hertford as the place of their last legall settlement
[..]
That your peticonr find themselves aggreived by the said order of
the said two Justices and humbly appeale against the Same

Yor peticoners therefore humbly pray your Worpps will
be pleased to appoint a day this prsent Sessions for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd.
Hamblett of Spittlefeilds & all other parties concerned
to attend this Court to hear & abide the Judjmt & determine [..]
of this Court upon & touching the said appeal, And that your
Petrs may be releived herein As your Worpps Shall seem
meet
