It is Ordered by this Court that a cappy of the Articles
exhibited against Francis Geary< no role > Keeper of her Maties.
Goal of New prison at Clerkenwell in this County for
severall misdemeanors & neglects of his duty in the [..]
execucon of his sd Office or employmt. be forthwith
delivered unto the said Francis Geary, And that he be
allowed time to put in his Answer thereunto untill the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held fo
by adjormnt. for this County at Hickshall in St. John
street in the same County on Thursday-the eleventh day
of October next at ten of the clock in the forenoon, At whic [..]
time the matters contained in the sd. Articles are
peremptorily to be heard & determined by her Maties. Jus [..]
of the peace for this County to be then & there assembled,
And for that purpose the said Francis Geary is hereby
required personally to attend her Maties. Justices of the
peace for the sd. County at the time & place aforesaid
and to come prepared to make his full defence to the
severall matters contained in the said Articles.
