names are hereunto Subscribes, Two of her Matis Justices of ye. prace in ye. sd. Order
named, haveing: Carefully pvsed & Inspected, ye. Certifts. above written, & that ye
Severall psons therein named have been regularly passed by ye. petty Conble, and ye.
sd. Justices of ye. peace have. allowed ye. petty Conbls. for ye. sd Six Certifts now
remainenige in ye. hands of ye. above sd Richd. Haley. ye. Sume of One pound
Thirteen Shillings. And We. doe report our oppinnions to this Honable. Court, that
accordinge to ye. Rates & prices. menconed & assertained in [..] an order of ye.
Genrll. Quarter Sessions of ye. peace held for this County on Tuesday ye. 11th. day
of May 1703 there is over charged in ye. sd [..] Certifts. ye Sume of
Three Shillings Six pence & noe more. And We doe alsoe report, that it doth
appeare unto us, that ye. sd Rich'd. Haley< no role > . hath paid ye. Sd petty Constables
accordinge to ye. allowance & Order of ye. Sd Justices ye. Sd Sume of One
pound Thirteen Shillings, which Wr. humbly Submitt to this Honable. Court
if he ought not to be reimbursed ye. same, Given under our hands this 7th:
