this County Apothecary maketh Oath that on the
third or fourth day of December last being a rejoycing
night he this Deponent was sent for to New Prison at Clarkenwell in
this County by Mrs Boreman wife of Capt Boreman
Keeper of the sd prison to Visitt oneSmyth
an antient woman & One Elizth Condee< no role > als Condon< no role >
who were the prisoners in the sd prison and were
sick and [..] the [..] Boreman & his wife gave order
to this Depont to the care of the said sick persons and
thereupon this Depont did bleed & puge the sd Condee
als Condon and severall times ad ministree Phisick
to her and that there was water gruell & other
proper food fitt for such person provided for [..]
both of the sd sick Persons by the order of the sd
Mrs Boreman & that the sd Mr Boreman promised
to pay this depont for such Phisuck [..] hesoe applied &
delivered, to the sd Condee or Condon and further
Saith that the sd Mr Boreman the Same night
[..] serve [..] that if any of the prisoners
[..] they should send for & make
[..] off this Depont & that he the Sd Mr Boreman
[..] would Satisfie this Depont for the same
