The Informacon of John Williamson< no role > of the parish of [..]
Chesthunt in the said County yeond taken a fresh before [..]
this 9th day of July upon Oath one of her Majtyes Justices [..]
the peace for the said County as followeth

Whereas the said John Williamson< no role > did my his Informa [..]
taken before me the third day of June last that he did abt [..]
a Clock in the morning of the same day, loose & stoned brown Co [..]
off Chesthunt Comon, & searshing for the said Colt die find
him at a place called St Margaretts in the said County in the poss [..]
of a stranger who confessed his name to be George Adams< no role > of
the Hamblett of has there in the County of Cambridge , and did
further say that he did suspect the said George Adams< no role > of
stealing the said colt and that he founds the said colt at st Margaretts
aforesaid abt. twelve of the clock at noon of the same day
And the said John Williamson< no role > being this day exmaine
further upon oath before me Taylor that the said third
day of June he did see the said George Adams< no role > lead th [..]
said Colt [..] an Chesthunt Comon in an hather: from [..]
of the rolls, there: and that persunis of the said Geor [..]
Adams did said the said colt with in his hand at [..]
Margaretts aforesd, with the halter upon his head & [..]
tayle me why tucked up, & friming the said colt, took that [..]
George adams< no role > by the cohar & pulled him off his house
& said you regne you dozz, you have stolen my colt
& the said George Adams< no role > saith: Master I am sorry for it
& when he was taken there were abide & halter is one bagg & oates in another
