The Informacon of Thomas Milner< no role > of St. Andrews
Holborne Londonin the County of Middx Esqr . taken
upon Oath the 26th. day of June 1709.

This Informt. deposeth That on wednesday last abt. Eleven of the
Clock at Night he this Informt. and another Gentleman were assaulted
and Sett upon by there men in the Queenes Highway near Mary
Le Bone in the said County and that the said there men did there [..]
there robb this Informt. and the other Gentleman of Fom and the [..]
Guineas or thereable. two Silver hilted Swords a Gold Watch and
diverse other goods And this Informt. deposeth That he doth Suspect
Thomas Sellors< no role > Richard Juies< no role > and Israell Parr< no role > to be the three
persons that comitted the said Robbery and on Such Suspicon doth
charge them therewth.

This Informt. deposeth that he this Informt. together wth. abovenamed
Thomas Milner< no role > was sd assaulted Sett upon and robbed by there men as
aforesaid And that he doth Suspect the said Thomas Sellers< no role > Richard
Juies< no role > and Israell parr< no role > to he the there men that comitted the said
robbery and on such Suspicon chargets them therewth.
