hearing of what was insisted on by Councell for the
Churchwarden's & Overseer's of the poor of the sd. Town
of Kingston upon Thames
who alledged that they had
good cause to appeale against the sd. Order, but that
they were not prepared to prosecute their sd. Appeale
this present sessions and therefore prayed that the
hearing there of might be adjorned untill the next
Generall Sessions of the peace to be held for the sd.
County of Middx
Itt is ordered by this Court that the
benefitt of the sd. Appeale be saved unto the said
Appellants & that the hearing & determineing thereof
be adjorned untill the next Generall Sessions of the
peace to be held for the sd. County of Middx And
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
