The humble Peticon of Thomas Catt< no role > of the
Parish of St. James Clerkenwell in ye said County


That yor. Petr. is already a Receiver of 3s. 6d P month towards
his Releife

That Yor. Petr. being aged 70 yrs. and having lost his left Arm and
being reduced to extream Poverty and the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish refusing to allow him any
further pencon Soe that he must inevitably perish unless
releived by yor. Worspps. his son being forced into her Matys Service

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly Prays yor. Worspps to be
pleased to order that he may be allowed Such further
pencon towards his mainteynance as unto yor. Worpps
Shall Seem meet.

And yor. Petr. shall ever Pray.
