It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Paul Shadwell in this
County have notice of this peticon, and that they doe
attend this Court on Friday next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to shew cause why they should not allow unto
the Petr. such pencon as to this Court shall seem meet for
the releife of herselfe & children within menconed,
And Roger Smith< no role > Esqr . one of her Maties. Justices of the peace
for this County is hereby desired to be present in Court
at the time aforesd. to inform the Court whether he thinks
the Petr. fit to be releived or not, he haveing formerly
heard the Petrs. complaint upon a former Order of reference
from this Court
