The Informacon of Sarah Watson< no role > of the parish
of Edmonton in the Sd County Singlewoman taken
before me this 11th Day of March Anno qs Dom 1708/9

This Deponant Saith upon her Oath, that on Saturday Last
being the Fifth of this Instant , she this Deponent about
Six of the Clock in the sd Evening, or a Quarter before that time
was at one Mr James Howard< no role > s one of the High Constables of
Edmonton Hundrd : & Liveing in the parish aforesd; where She
this Depont: See Two Soldiers whose names are David Howell< no role >
& Harbert Carlisle< no role > as this Depont: is since inform'd which
Sd Soldiers after some discourse with the sd High Constables
wife Concerning her Husband, the Sd Soldiers went out of his
yeard towards Church Street in Edmonton aforesd from thence
She this Deponant Imediatly followed them untill such time
as the Sd Soldiers went over a still into Thomas Everden< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. s
Feild where they Turned out of the Foot Roade Upon their
Right hand Towards a Little Cottage therein Liveth Josiah
Browne
< no role > a poor Labr : And She this Depont: further Saith that
She See the Sd Two Soldiers half way or thereabouts Over the sd
Feild And this Depont: keeping the Direct Roade towards
Church Street in Edmonton aforesd where this Deponant Liveth
She Stayeing in the Sd Roade about a Quarter of one hour
the sd Soldiers Did not [..] in that time pass by her; & that in
the sd time this Depont: heard a Cart Stopp neare the sd Stile
Leading into Everdens Feild aforesd which She Since under [..]
to be the Cart out of which Thomas Deale< no role > Lately Suposed
to be Murdered did alite & further Saith not
