Upon mocon made unto this Court by Mr Dean of
Councell for Daniel Bodry< no role > who alledged that the sd
Bodryhad given notice to the psecutor. of an Indict
here to fore prferred against tho sd Bodry for a trespass & as
that he the sd Daniel Bodry< no role > would appeare in this
Court and try his traverse upon the sd Indictmt this
present day, but that the sd Bodryhad not in his
sd. notice menconed at what hour he would [..] soe
appeare to try his sd traverse, It was prayed that
