It is Ordered by this Court that Richard Davis< no role > & John
Hawes< no role > late overseers of the poor & Thomas Hill< no role > the
present Overseer of the poor of the Liberty of Saffron
hill Hatton garden & Ely Rents in the parish of St
Andrew Holborne in this County doe attend this
Court on Saturday next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to shew cause why they refuse to pay unto
John Mills< no role > Gentl high Constable of Holborne Division
within the Hundred of Ossulston in this County the
Sume of five pounds seventeen Shillings one penny
& a halfe penny assessed upon the sd Liberty in the
yeare 1707 for the conveying & passing of Vagrants,
as they & every of them will answer the contrary
at their peril
