Whereas It appeareth unto us her Maties. said Justices of the peace
for the County of Middx assembled at this present Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace held for the sd. County by the
certificates of severall Juctices of the peace for this County
given to the severall Constables of the sd County for their less
of time & expences in [..] conveying of Vagrants that there is
justly due to the sd. Constables an their severall certificates
the sume of four hundred & fourty pounds & upwards over
& above all such sumes of money as the cheife Constable of
the severall Divisions in this County have reced for Goal
& Marshalsea money & have not already applyed to the use
of the sd. Goals & Marshalsea for the yeare last past, Wee the
severall Justices of the peace above named (Quot urns) doe
by vertue of the severall Acts of Parliamt. made for the raiseing
of moneys for satisfaccon of the allowances made to Constables
& others for their loss of time & expences in passing of Vagrants
[..] assess Upon every Towne parish & place within the respective
Divisions of the sd. County & limits of our Comicon the severall
