sale of the goods of every person soe assessed not paying the same
rendring the overplus of the value of the goods soe distroyned to the
Owner & Owners thereof the necessary charges of makeing & selling
such distress being first deducted, And you are hereby further
required within six days after you shall have reced the
moneys soe assessed to pay the moneys by you reced or levyed
to [..] Gentl high Constable of Westmr.
Division in this County to be by him disposed of in such
manner as the Justices of the peace for this County shall by
their order at their Generall Quarter Session of the peace
in that behalfe direct & appoint, And for soe doeing this shall
be yor. warrant, Given under our hands & seales the
day of August in the yeare of our Lord 1708 and
