P adjorn Lune 11 o. Octrs. 1708

Upon the humble peticon of the Churchwardens & Constables
of the parish of St. Mary Whitechappell in this County
exhited unto this Court setting forth that there is noe
watch house for that part of the sd Parish wth is comonly
called the Precinct of Rose Mary Lane Save only that the
Constable of that precinct for the time being is obliged
to watch in a publique house wch. pves very inconvenient
And that the petrs. have obtained leave from the Lord of
the mannor for the erecting of a watchhouse in the said
precinct, It was therefore prayedthatby the the petrs. that
this Court would order that a watchhouse may be erected
in the sd Prcinct, and that this Court would be pleased
to orderto heare the petrs. touching the many abused
& irregularitys comited in Ragg fair in the sd Parish
whereupon It is ordered by this Court that it be And
It is hereby recamended & referred unto Joseph Jery< no role >
Roger Smith< no role > Charles Cesar< no role > & John Stewart< no role > Esqrs . four
of her Maties. Justices of the peace for this County or any
two of them to summon before them the Inhabitants of
the sd Parish & precinct, and
