Sheweth

That by an ordr. dated the Fifth day of Septembr last past
undr. the hands & Seals of Sr. Jonathan Andrews< no role > & John Bateman< no role > Esqr two
of her Maties Justices of the peace of the County of Middlex ,Bucks, William
Combs< no role > his wife & Children were [..] Removed from thesaidparish
[..] of Sundbury in the County of Middx untillthe sd parish of
Wraisbury in the sd County ofMiddxBucks as the place of their last legall
Settlement

That yor. petr conceiveing themselves to be Aggrieved by
the Judgement of the said too Justices doe humbly Appeale to
yor Worshipps there from

Yor. peticonrs therefore humbly pray yor Worshipps
will be pleased to appoint a day this prsent Session for the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Sunburymayto attend this Court to [..] eare & abide
the Judgement & determinacon of this Court touching
this Appeal.
