Confesseth and Saith that on Thursday morning Last this
Examt went with one Elizabeth Marshall< no role > to the Pister
of the sd Eliz: Marshall< no role > named Ann Rutt< no role > liveing in Westmr
in St Anns Lane near the Gale house Westmr : where she
found the sd Ann Rutt< no role > and John Crofts< no role > putting Divers
nere paire of Shews into A Trunk, and the sd Rutt told
this Examt that She was comeing to one Mrs. Powells [..]
Castle Street, who not being at home the sd Mrs Rutt
sold the sd Shews to one Mrs Plunkett for one and
forty shillings, There being [..] nineteen paire of
Womens Twenty paire of Childrens and fourteen
pairs of mens Shews, which mony aforesd Mrs [..]
Reced and this Examt had noe parsh of it, and the [..]
Mrs Plunkett being told by the Sd Rutt how [..]
was come by bid her take Care of herselfe, this [..]
comeing with Mrs Rutt and being present [..]
the sd Shews was Sold and mony Reced for them
