Whereas at the Sessions of Oyers & Terminer
held for the County of Middx the

Joseph Hartwell< no role > was indicted for cheating his
late Majesty King William the Third of Shee
Dulyes of Excise Upon which Indictment a
Noli Proegin hath since been entred by my
Order but the Recognizance entred into
concerning the Same is yet undischarged
as Iam informed those are therefore to
Authourse & desire you to discharge the
said Recognizance And for so doeing this
shall be your Warrant Given under my
hand this 24th day of November 1703
