Whereas Comple hath been made unto as whose a
hands and Seales are hereunto Sett Two of her Maties: Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middx (MorUnus) by the Churchwardens and
overseers of the poor of the Parish of St Mary Mattfellon old Whitechappell
in the said County That Elizabeth Shippard< no role > Wife of John Shippard< no role >
is lately come into the said Paish of St. Mary Matfellon als Whitechappell
and hath endeavoured to Settle herselfe there without giveing Notice
to the Chruchwardens or Overseers of the poor there according to Law
or haveing gained any legall Settlement in the said Parish by
her said Husband John Shippard< no role > or otherwise And whereas
it appeareth unto the said Justices by the Complr of the said
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of St
Mary Matfellon als While chappell That the Said Elizabeth Shippard< no role >
is were become chargeable to the said Pish of St Mary Matfellon als
White chappell And Whereas it doth alsoe appeare duto as the said
Justices by the Oath of the said Elizabeth Shippard< no role > that she was
born in the Hamblett of Wapping Stepny in the pish of Stebunheat
als Stepny in the said County of Middx . And that her said husband
never gained any Settlement in the said Pish. of St. Mary
Matfellon als White chappell nor in the said Hamblett of Wapping
in the parish of Stepny nor any other place Else as she the said
Elizabeth Shippard< no role > or any other person can Inform as And that
upon Stint examinacon [..] can find
Husband John Shippard< no role > nor of [..]
where She was born in the said Hamblett of Wapping in the
Pish of Stebunheath als Stepny in the Said County of Middx :
And therefore wee the said Justices doe adjudge and deem her the
said Elizabeth Shippard< no role > to be last legally Settled in the Sd Hamblett
of Wapping Stepney in the Pish of Stebunheath als Stepny aforesaid
being the place of her berth & not else where

These are therefore in her Maties name to Regnice you the
Churchwardens or overseers of the poor of the sd. Pish of St. Mary
Matfellon als White chappell forthwith to reserve and convey the
Said Elizabeth Shippard< no role > out of Yor. Said Pish to the said Hamblett
of Wapping Stepny in the Pish. of Stebunheath als Stepeny in the
Said County and her deliver to the Churchwardens or Overseers
of the poor there or Same or one of them together with this
[..] hoe we [..] her to receive and provide for
was they doe for other poor at the charge of the Inhabitants there untill
they man free themselves of the charge thereof by Due course of Law
Given under our hands Seales the Eighteenth day of December

To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Pish
of St. Mary Matfellon White chappel as alsoe to the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Hamblett
of Wapping Stepny in the pish of Stebunheath als Stepny
in the County of Middx & all others whom there may concerne
