The humble Petition of Samuel Bonwick< no role > and a Nathaniel
Tarrent
< no role > late Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of Hamersmith

Sheweth

That yor Petitioners were Overseers of the Poor and served that office in the year
1701 And at the end of the year had their Accompts audited by the Vestry and allowed
and passed by Thomas Gratwick< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and Timothy Lannoy< no role > Esqrs. two of her Maties: Justices of
the Peace for this County resideing in or near the said Hamlett And that the ballance
due to yor. Petitiors upon the said Accompts amounts to about five and twenty pounds
which sume they have demanded of William Rogers< no role > Chappell Warden and Gilbert
Pasmore
< no role > and Robert Kirk< no role > overseers of the Poor who refused either to pay, or
deliver yor Petrs. their Booke.

Wherefore yor. Petrs. pray That this Court will please to Order the
said William Rogers< no role > Gilbert Pasmor< no role > and Robert Kirk< no role > to produce
their said Book and pay yor. Petrs. what shall appear due to them
on the fort of their said Accompts

And yor Petrs. shall ever pray etc
