St Margarets Westmr in this County to the said parish of Chelsey
as the place of her last Settlemt where She now continues chargeables

That yor Petrs are able to make itt appear to this Court that
the said Dorothy [..] Ayres< no role > This name instance is in set 2366. als Edwards als Chipp hath
noe legall Settlemt in the said parish of Chelsey & find the [..]
agreived by the removall of the said Dorothy Ayres< no role > als Edwards
als Chipp to their said Pish
