Whereas upon an Appeal brought the first day of this prsent
Sessions by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Stanmore magna in this County agt. an order under the hands
& Seales of Sr. Charles Gerrard< no role > Barrt . & Sr. Thomas Francklyn< no role >
Barrt . two of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County
(Quor unus) concerning the removall of one Mary James< no role > from
the Pish of Harrow unto the said Pish of Stanmore magna , the
hearing & Determineing of the said Appeal was ordered to be
heard this prsent day att tenn of the clock in the forenoon,
& whereas afterwards upon the oath of John page< no role > gent
that the said Mary James< no role > was now in Child bed & not
in a Condicon to attend this Court this prsent sessions itt
was ordered that the hearing & determineing of the said
appeal should be deferred & respited untill the second
day of the next genall Quarter sessions of the peace
to be held for this County unles upon notice hereof
the Appellants Should this day shew good cause to
the contrary Now upon hearing of Mr. Vpton of
Councell with the said Appellants in the Prsente of
the Churchwardens & overseers of the poor of Harr [..]
& their Councell By consent of all the said parties Itt is
thought fitt & ordered by this Court that the said
Appeal be fully heard & determined the third day
of the next genall Quarter Sessions of the peace
