to be held for this County att Hickshall in st. Johnstreet in
the said County att tenn of the Clock in the forenoon And
that all parties concerned doe then attend to hear & abide
the Judgmt. & determinacon of the Court upon the said
Appeal And itt is further ordered by this Court that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said Pish
Harrow shall in the meane time maintaine & keep
said Mary James< no role > & her Child att the charge of [..]
said Pish & alsoe in case the Appeal goeth for the
Appellants then the Churchwardens & Overseers of [..]
poor of the said Pish of Harrow shall pay to the said
Appellants the expences & charges they have been all
