John Perin< no role > Seaman had his Left Knt. disabled
whereby he hath lost the rise of his Legg by the
fall of Casks in their Majesties Ship the Royal
Oak at Plymouth Sound in June 1691 And
is thereby rendred incapable of obterining a
Livelyhood, In Witnes whereof I have
hereunto set in ye hand this 15th. day of January
