Sheweth

That on the Second of Novembr last was passed by Virtue of a
a Warrant under the hands and Seales of Sr John Elwes< no role >
Knt . and Francis Regus< no role > Esqr . two of his Mates: Justices of
the peace for the County of Midds from the parris of St Martins in the Feilds in the said County into [..] Parish
of St. Olaves Southwark aforesd, Ralph Scott< no role > and Richard
Scott< no role > two of the Children of Ralph Scott< no role > , a Brewer Servt .

Yor. Peticoners think themselves agreeived with the Judgment
of the said two Justices And Doe Appeale to this Cort And humbly
pray the Prmises considered that the Over Seers of the
poor of the Parish of St Martins in the Feilds in the County
And all other Parties concerned may askend this Cort Some
Day this Sessions to heare & abode the finall end
determinacon of this Cort. touching this Appeale
