Whereas Benjamin Patten< no role > of due pish St: Parish
in this County of Middx Victualler Did on the fifth day
July last page Enter into Recognizance before me John M [..]

said pish for refusing to there are Ami [..]
into his service & pvide for her as he ought for de [..]
his said appntice became a Change to the sd. pish An [..] wher
the said Benjamin Patton< no role > did nott appe att the sd sessions att on [..]
to the condicon of his sd Recogniznace, whereby the sd Recognizance
is become forfeited, butt is nott as yett Estreated into lives Exchey.
Now Forasmuch as the said Benjamin Patton< no role > hath humbly
prayers That the Estreating of his said Recognizance may be
Respited to the thirtyeth day of this instant November Ten
the Adjournmt:day of the Last generall Quarter [..]
the peace hear for the said County That he
att Hicks Hall to several his appance upon the sd
& thereby save the forfeiture thereof And Itt also [..]
unto us by a Certificate under the hands of the Churchwardens
of the said pish That the sd Benjamin Patton< no role > has [..] amitable
agreed with them Contermeing all matters menconed in the sd
Recognizance relating to the said apprentice; These are
therefore to define you to Rc spite the Extreating of the
Recognizance till the said thirtyeth day of this instant [..]
