By His Majefty's Justices & Commissioners for putting in Exe-
cution an Act of Parliament made in the Seventh
and Eighth Years of the Reign of His Majefty King
William III. Intituled, An Act for Granting to
His Majefty certain Rates and Duties upon
Houses for makeing good the Deficiency of the
Clipped Money.

in the County aforesaid, is in and by the Estre [..]
or Affeffment charged upon the Perfons there Residing,
Rated and Assessed the Sum of tenn shillings
for twenty windows or lights

which being demanded by the Collectors thereof, and
the said Ann Mason< no role > being aggrieved
with the said Assessment, hath within the time limited by
the said Act, made Complaint unto us Commissioners
(amongst others) for puting the faid Act in Execution
within the said County; whereof Two of us Signed or
Allowed the said Rate; whereupon we have particulary
Examined the said Complaint upon Oath, and upon due
Examination thereof, have wholly Abated and Defaulked the
said Assessment for that by reason of her poverty she is
excused from paying to the Church & poore of the said
