To the Right Worsppl. his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Midds

The humble Peticon of the Churchwardens of the parish of
St John Wapping in the said County.

Sheweth

That in the yeare 1694 Albert Alberson< no role > did Serve the Office of Scavenger
within the said parish And that upon auditing his Accompts there appeares
to be remaining in his hands the sume of Nine pounds or thereabouts which he
doth refuse to pay to your Peticoners.

They humbly therefore Pray your Worspps to be
pleased to Order the said Albert Alberson< no role > to appeare
in this Court this prsent Sessions to shew cause why
he should not pay your Peticoners the Moneys
[..] remaining in his hands as aforesaid.
