Sheweth

The humble Peticon of the Churchwarden & Overseers
of the Poor of the Pish of St. Mary Whitechappell in the
sd. County.

That one Robt. Dast< no role > of the Parish and County aforesaid was (by the worspll
Justice Webber Esqr.) comitted to New Prison (where her now remaines) for not
taking care of and providing for Tomasin< no role > his now wife as by Law he ought to doe
That the Said Tomasin being for this long time past very sick & weak and
reduced to extreame poverty is since become chargeable to the Said Pish.

To whom She has bin a Charge for abt: two months last past.

Yor. Petrs. therefore most humbly prays yor.
worsps to Order that the paid Robt. Dast< no role > may
not be discharged out of the Said Prison without
the knowledge of the Churchwarden & Overseers
of the poore of the sd Parish And may be Ordered
by yr worsps to provide for his wife free from the Charge of the Pish


And Yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
