Angl Etc nono.

Whereas itt appeareth to this Cort. that there is in arrear from
the Inhabitants of the Tower Division in this County the sume
of twenty pounds Seaven shillings & Four pence assessed on
them for releife of the maimed soldiers in their Division for
the year of our Lord 1695 wth. although itt hath beene often
demanded of them they still refuse [..] & neglect to pay Itt is
therefore thought fitt & ordered by this Cort that itt be & itt is
hereby recomended & referred to the Justices of the peace
resideing in the Tower Division or any [..] three of them to cause
the Churchwardens & Constables of the severall pishes in the said
Division to come before them att such time & place as the said
Justices shall appoint before the next Sessions, And to examine
them touching their not paying the said arrears, And the
said Justices are to reporte in writeing under their hands
Seals to this Cort the true state of the [..]

held for this County.
