Whereas complaint hath beene made unto us
whose hands & Seales are hereunto Sett Two of his
[..] Majesties Justices of the Peace of the said
County of Middx (Quorum Uinus) by the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poore of the parish

notice in writting to the sd Churchwardens
or Overseers of the Poore or any of them of ye

to become chargeable to the said Parris he
And that Whereas it appeareth unto us the

the Parrish of St: Martins In Fields In the Sd County &
