The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the Poor of the pish of St Giles in the Feilds

Sheweth


That one Elizabeth Parker< no role > als Perkes was lately passed by warrant under the hands & [..]
seals of St John Elwes< no role > Knt & John Worley< no role > Esqr two of his Maties: Justices of the Peace for the said
County from the pish of St Clement Danes in the said County to the said pish of St
Giles in the feild thereby alleadging that she was legally Settled at the said pish of St Giles
in the Feild

of the said two Justices And to therefore Appeal to this Worll.
Bench And humbly pray that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the said pish of St Clement Danes may be
