WHereas Complaint hath been made unto Us, whole Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of Their Majesties Justices of
the Peace of the County of Middlesex (Quorum unus) by the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the said County, that Philipp Bishopp< no role > Elizabeth< no role >
his wife three Children an

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
themselves there without giving Notice in Writing to the
said Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor or any one of them
of the House of their aboad in the said Parish, ac-
cording to the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that
they are likely to become chargeable to the
said Parish; And whereas it appeareth unto Us the said Justices upon
the Oath of the said Phillipp Bishopp
that The was last legally setled in the Parish
Stepney in the sd County where he lived in ye Hamblett of Wapping Stepney
whereas a Setled house holden, about ten Yeares Since, and paid Paro [..]
Duties
There are therefore in Their Majesties Name Straitly to Charge and
Command you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to
remove and convey the said Phillipp Bishopp< no role > Elizabeth his
wife and three Children from the said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields
in the said County, and so from Constable to Constable, the next and
directest way to the said pish of Stepney in the sd County

and deliver them unto the Church-Wardens,and Overseers of
the Poor there, who are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law: Hereof sail not at your Perills. Given under our
Hands and Seals, the Eleventh day of June Anno
