WHereas Complaint hath been made Us, whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set; Two of Their Majesties Justices of
the Peace of the County of Middx (Quoram anns) by the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.
Andrew Holborn
in the said County, that

is lately come into the said Parish
endeavouring to settle himself therein
Without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of
the House of his

according to the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that
he being Cames in his feet & dissable & from working
likely to become chargeable to the said

Whereas it appeareth unto Us the said Justices upon the Oath of the said

that he was last legally settled in the Parish
of St. Bridge

[..] Overs of Bridewell

These are therefore in Their Majesties Name Straitly to Charge and
Command you and every of you, forthwith upon sight hereof to
remove and convey the said
William Sheppey< no role >
from the said Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn
in the said County, and so from
Constable to Constable the next and directest Way to the said Parish
of St. Brides
London
and deliver him unto the
Church-Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor there, Who are hereby
required to provide for him according to Law: Hereof sail
not at your Perils. Given under our Hands and Seals, the 22d
day of June Anno Dui 1694
