the honorable bench

Most humbly sheweth that whereas
Jeane harris< no role > now a prisoner for fellony
but haveing compownded with her adver
sary purposes to have a bill of ignoramus
throwen against her in order to acquit
her, but your petitioner findeing her
not before this day and not haveing
time to pr. for a bill against her for
Robing of her humbly begs yould be
pleased to take it into consideration
either to detaine her untill next sessions
or else to hould her to sufficient baill
that we may be satisfied wheare to find
her or the baile, in to doeing youre
petitioner will as in duty

for ever pray
