Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of their Maties.
Justices of the Peace of the County of Middlesex (Quor unus)
by the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Pish of
St Mary le bone in the said County That Francis Golding< no role > wth
his wife & Six Children are lately come into the said Pish
endavouring to settle himselfe & family there without of giveing
notice in writeing to the Churchwardens or Overseers of the
Poor there or any one of them of the house of there aboad
in the said Pish according to the Statute in that Case [..]
made and provided And that they are likely to become
chargeable to the said Pish And Whereas it appeareth
unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of the said Francis
Golding
< no role > that he was last legally settled in the Pish of
St Clement Danes in the said County where he lived about
[..] yeares since in the house of Joseph Howard< no role > & them
rented a roome of the said Joseph Howard< no role > att four pounds
by the yeare

These are therefore in their Maties: names to will & require
you & every of you of forthwith upon sight hereof to remove
& convey the said Francis Golding< no role > wth: his wife & Children
from the said parish of St Mary le bone in the said County
and so from Constable to Constable the next & directest way
to the said parish of St Clement Danes in the said County
& delivers them to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
Poor there who are hereby required to provide for them according
to Law Hereof faile not att your pills Given under our
Hands & Seals this 3d day of January Anne Die 1693 .
