To the severall Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poore as well
of the Parish of St. Mary Islington in the sd County as also of the
Parish of Finchley in the County aforesd And to all Constables
Headboroughs & other their Majties. Officers & Mitrishers whom
there may concerne or in any wise appertaine.

Complaint having been made unto us whose Hands & Seales
are hereunto sett Two of their Majties. Justices of the Pease for the
sd County (Quorum unns) by the Church Wardens & Overseers of
the Poore of the sd Parish of St. Mary Islington That Emy [..]
Arthurbury
< no role > is lately come & intended into the sd Parish
endeavouring to settle herselfe there without giving notice-
in writing to any of the sd Church Wardens or Overseers
of the Poore of the place of her abrade in the sd Parish-
according to the statute in that Case made & provided, and-
that she is likely to become chargeable to the sd Parish.

And whereas it appeareth unto us the sd Justices upon the
Oath of the sd Emy Arthurbury< no role > that she was last legally setled
in the sd Parish of Finchley where she hath liv'd a hired-
servant by the yeare with William Right< no role > at East End . since
which she hath had no Legall settlement unlesse in the sd
Parish of Finchley .These are therefore in their
Majties. Names straitly to charge & comand you & every of
you forthwth. upon sight hereof to remove & convey the sd
Emy Arthurbury< no role > from & out of the sd Parish of St. Mary
Islington & so from Constable to Constable the next to
directlest way to the sd Parish of Finchley & Deliver her
(together wth. this Precept) to the Care of the Church Wardens
or Overseers of the Poore there who are hereby required
to provide for her according to Law Dated this three and-
twentieth Day of March Ano R: Rs & Rnd Willi & March
