The humble peticon of Ann

Sheweth

That Whereas your peticoners husband doth from
her abscond leaving her being poor & indigent to
maintaine her self & Child which she is notable
to accomplish she had a Warrant granted her
which was served upon her said husband by and
Mr Barrow who after sett him at liberty without
your peticoner in without releif

Therefore humbly raies the assistance
of this Worshipfull Bench

And yor peticoner ad in duty
bound shall ever pray etc
